Render, roof
& front door
Cracked render, a tired roof and an entry you walked past without noticing. The whole facade came back — re-rendered and painted, new roofing, new garage door and a solid timber front door. The letterbox got the same treatment.
Terracotta
to travertine
Terracotta floor, boxed-in shower and a vanity that ate half the room. Stripped to bare studs and reset as one open space — walk-in shower with a linear drain in the fall, freestanding bath under the window, matte black tapware throughout.
Small room,
no compromise
Green tile, a shower screen you had to squeeze past and a vanity with nowhere to put anything. Same footprint, completely different room — frameless glass, a full-height niche and a curved fluted vanity that gives the floor back.

twice the bench
Cream laminate, a freestanding cooker and no bench to work on. New cabinetry the full length, a stone-look benchtop with a proper return, subway splashback and a gas cooktop — all inside the same four walls.

Cabinetry, stone benchtops, splashbacks and appliance fit-out, with the plumbing and sparky work sequenced so it's out of your way fast.

One room or the whole house, with the trades coordinated for you so you're not the one chasing a tiler on a Friday afternoon.

Six stages,
no surprises.
The order a bathroom actually runs in. Yours gets real dates against each stage at quote — and you get told the same day if one of them moves. Kitchens and decks follow the same shape, minus the waterproofing.
Look & quote
We come and measure it up, talk through what you're after and what the room will actually allow, then price it line by line so you can see where the money goes.
Strip out
Everything out and back to bare studs and joists. This is where you find out what the last bloke did behind the wall, and it gets fixed before anything goes back on.
Rough-in
Framing changes, plumbing and electrical rough-in, niches and nogging set out for the fixtures. Every tap, drain and light lands where it was drawn, not where it fits.
Waterproof
Roofing, sarking, windows, external doors, cladding and wrap. Once it's watertight the trades stack up and the pace changes.
Tile & fit-off
Screed and falls, tiling, grout, then the vanity, tapware, glass and mirror. The longest stretch, and the one where the set-out you paid for in stage three shows up.
Handover
Silicone, final clean, and a walk-through with you in the room. You get the waterproofing certificate and the warranties. Anything that turns up later, we come back for.
